ULTEM™ 9085 Black — high-performance PEI for Fortus® production systems
ULTEM™ 9085 Black is a high-performance PEI filament produced from SABIC ULTEM™ 9085 resin and engineered for elevated Fortus® chamber environments. The black formulation provides consistent industrial part appearance while maintaining the mechanical strength, heat resistance, and flame performance expected from 9085.

Material control & packaging
Each unit is sealed in a Mylar® moisture-barrier bag with molecular sieve desiccant to maintain low moisture prior to installation. Moisture control is critical for repeatable extrusion stability in high-temperature PEI applications.
