By accessing or using this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms at all times. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this Site.

All content published and made available on this Site is the property of Next 3DP and/or its content creators, licensors, or suppliers, unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to, text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, documents, layouts, downloadable files, software elements, calculators, estimators, tools, and anything else contributing to the composition of the Site.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, exploit, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Next 3DP, except where expressly permitted by law or where a downloadable item is clearly provided for such use.

• Use the Site for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes;

• Stratasys-compatible consumables and parts;
• Filament and material-related products;
• Associated accessories and related physical goods.

The following services may be available on our Site:

• FDM 3D printing support and consulting;
• Technical support, application guidance, and related industrial additive manufacturing services.

Services will be paid for in full when ordered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms apply to all goods and services displayed on this Site at the time you access it, including goods listed as out of stock. We aim to ensure that all product information, descriptions, pricing, specifications, and images are as accurate as reasonably possible; however, such information may contain errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies and may be changed at any time without notice.

All goods and services are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, reject, refuse, or cancel any order whenever necessary, including where there are pricing errors, inventory issues, technical errors, suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund equal to the amount paid. You are responsible for monitoring your payment method to verify receipt of any refund.

6. Product and Service Information

Products, services, materials, technical guidance, compatibility references, and application notes provided on this Site are intended for general informational purposes only. Industrial additive manufacturing outcomes depend on many variables, including machine condition, machine calibration, storage conditions, geometry, toolpaths, part orientation, support strategy, thermal history, operating environment, operator judgment, and end-use requirements.

We do not guarantee that any product, material, recommendation, or service will meet your specific needs or produce specific performance outcomes in your application.

7. Estimators, Calculators, Quote Tools, and Technical Tools

This Site may include estimators, quote tools, calculators, downloadable utilities, STL analysis tools, pricing tools, and other technical resources (collectively, “Tools”). These Tools are provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

Any output generated by a Tool, including estimated pricing, build cost, material usage, time, or geometry-related analysis, is a rough estimate based on user-supplied inputs, assumptions, simplified logic, and/or automated calculations. Tool outputs do not constitute a final quote, contractual offer, engineering certification, manufacturing guarantee, or commitment by Next 3DP.

Actual results may vary materially depending on machine settings, part geometry, slicing strategy, toolpaths, support requirements, materials, packing density, thermal effects, labor, overhead, shipping, finishing, operator decisions, and real-world production conditions.

You are solely responsible for independently reviewing, validating, and confirming any Tool output before relying on it for production, quoting, purchasing, design, engineering, or business decisions.

8. Downloadable Files and User-Implemented Tools

This Site may offer downloadable files, templates, utilities, sample code, or browser-based tools that users may save, customize, modify, or implement on their own systems or websites.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all downloadable files and tools are provided “as is” and at your own risk, without any representation, warranty, or guarantee of compatibility, security, availability, accuracy, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted functionality.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, validating, and deploying any downloaded file or code before use in your own environment. Next 3DP is not responsible for any losses, errors, outages, incompatibilities, damages, or claims arising from your use, modification, deployment, or redistribution of downloadable materials.

9. Third-Party Goods, Services, and References

Our Site may offer goods or services from third parties or may reference third-party brands, products, machines, systems, or technologies for compatibility or informational purposes.

We do not guarantee the quality, availability, performance, legality, or accuracy of goods or services provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, policies, products, or services.

Next 3DP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Stratasys Ltd. unless expressly stated otherwise. Any references to Stratasys machines, consumables, part numbers, compatibility, or systems are used for identification, compatibility, descriptive, and informational purposes only.

10. Payments

We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

• Credit Card.

When you provide payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen, and you authorize us to charge the full amount due to that payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law, these Terms, or presents fraud or transaction risk, we reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or reverse your transaction to the extent permitted by law.

11. Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods may be delivered through one of the following methods:

• UPS Standard; or
• UPS Express.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times do not include weekends or statutory holidays unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges are additional unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If you purchase goods for delivery outside Canada, your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country. You are solely responsible for these charges and for complying with all applicable import laws and requirements.

You are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for delayed, failed, incorrect, or misdirected delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

12. Refunds and Returns

Refunds for Goods

Refund requests for goods must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods, subject to inspection and approval where applicable.

Refunds for Services

All services sold on our Site are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

Returns can be made by mail. To request a return, please contact us at info@next3dp.com and request a return shipping label or further return instructions.

13. Consumer Protection Law

Where the Consumer Protection Act or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation.

These Terms will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of applicable law. If there is any conflict between these Terms and mandatory legal provisions, those mandatory provisions will apply.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, reliability, availability, or conduct of any third-party website or service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Next 3DP and our directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, licensors, suppliers, and subsidiaries will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, production loss, machine downtime, material loss, failed builds, rework costs, reputational harm, procurement costs, or legal expenses, arising out of or related to:

• your use of or inability to use the Site;
• your reliance on any content, advice, compatibility statement, tool, estimate, or calculation on the Site;
• the purchase, use, misuse, or application of goods or services obtained through the Site;
• downloaded files, code, templates, calculators, or tools;
• errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, inaccuracies, or technical failures;
• any third-party products, services, sites, content, or conduct.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
